Kentucky Derby- Malta style
Some of our best friends here are from Kentucky. Just like we love to host Mardi Gras, the Kentucky Derby is their kind of soiree!
So... what side dish does one take to a Derby party? Racehorse cut out cookies, of course!
They taped the race and played it back for all of us. Their buddy was in town from Norway; he was the man in charge of the mint juleps (mint courtesy of our back garden). They KNOW their bourbon!
