The US Embassy and Meridiana Wine Estate both reside in the Ta'Qali area of Malta, tucked below the hillside fortress of Mdina.A few weeks ago, a handful of us enjoyed a tour of their main estate and some wine education, followed by a nice Maltese hors d'oeuvres spread afterward. I tasted each wine, but just don't have a palate for alcohol, so definitely kept a herd around to finish off my glasses.
